Progress Energy was experiencing failure with their 5 year old Hyplon Liner. Liner was repaired many times without success. After 8 months of observation of test area, Polyurea was selected for the project. With the capabilities of bonding and being able to address the damage. The liner was washed down and primer applied to termination areas. 60-70 mils polyurea was applied with an additional 20 mils to seams and damaged areas. Project time with excavation was 6 days.
